2025 and still harping on about my only book
(no, not Bob Dylan but a wanna-be writer) By the way, I saw the Bob Dylan movie recently and it was really good. So maybe this blog will include movie reviews next... even though I rarely make it to the theatres or take enough airline trips to see recent films on board. Ooops, I'm getting introspective again. Another thought is that I really like that song, a complete unknown, and regret that it didn't make the playlist for my cute little Novella written in one month in 2023. November is National Novel Writing Month, or NaNoWriMo.
That's what this is all about, people. I want to share my first published book. Believe me, it is really short, only 30,000 word. I think I can do it in manageable tiny portions as a PDF. Also, this method will create suspense (Sorry to Peggy who I left in an embarrassingly delayed 'suspense'...), anticipation, and eagerness for the next instalment like the feeling you got at the end of each chapter in a Nancy Drew novel.
Part 1 just click on that link and you can begin with the first 15 pages.
Part 2 Ouch, a whole 23 pages this time. but well worth it!
Part 3 good to see you back for more.
Part 4 this gets us to more fun stuff.
the Finale congratulations on finishing.
ps. it's a short novella in 5 parts so you won't find it too tedious. OK, be aware that in my original printed version - in which I managed 7 copies totally formatted, printed, and bound by me - each chapter is on its own page, but to be cheap I didn't wish to pay for extra empty space in the Blurb version. It therefore looks a bit odd to have bold titles willy-nilly all the way through. Oh, and the only rule is that no one may steal any of my words or novel ideas. Thanks for reading and for all the encouraging positive reviews.
